ISLAMABAD – New developments have been reported in the Islamabad High Court(IHC) on Monday regarding PM special assistant Zulfi Bukhari case.
IHC has summoned Investigation Officer (IO) of National AccountabilityBureau (NAB) along with record on the petition of Prime Minister s SpecialAssistant on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development ZulfiBukhari seeking exclusion of his name from the Exit Control List (ECL).
A two-member bench of the IHC comprising Justice Amir Farooq and JusticeMohsin Akhtar Kiyani conducted hearing on the petition of Prime Minister sSpecial Assistant on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource DevelopmentZulfi Bukhari seeking exclusion of his name from the ECL.
