ISLAMABAD – PCB chairman is surprised as 16 bidders have shown interest inbuying the sixth team of the Pakistan Super League.
“We have received offers from 16 bidders, which is a great sign. There’sgonna be a lot of competition in the bidding and we’re hoping to sell thesixth team for a good price,” Mani said.
Famous politician, Jahangir Tareen’s son Ali Tareen, is also among thebidders for the sixth PSL team.
“I want to buy the team for the fourth edition of PSL and for this reason Ihave had two to three meetings with Pakistan Cricket Board officials inLahore,” he added.
While speaking on a local news channel, Tareen vowed to retain the name ofMultan if he won the rights for the team.
