Babar Azam lost his cool, lashed out at Zainab Abbas for disgruntled remarks

LAHORE – Pakistani batsman Babar Azam scored his first ever Test hundred ina commanding display against New Zealand on Sunday. The sportsman was thestar of the day, but, what should have been a day to celebrate, wasactually marred by something completely unrelated to cricket.

Babar completely lost his cool after cricket analyst Zainab Abbas referredto him as coach Mickey Arthur’s “son”.

Soon after Azam smashed his maiden Test ton, the cricketers, analysts andhis fans took to Twitter to commend him for his super duper performance.

Zainab Abbas’ congratulatory tweet read: “Well played Babar Azam – lovedhow the boys went congratulating Mickey Arthur celebrating his “son’s”century.”

In reply, Azam slammed Abbas for “crossing her limits”.
