ISLAMABAD – Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi says there is a completenational consensus that China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is anengine of economic progress and development for Pakistan.
Talking to a private TV channel, he said Chinese also considered Pakistan’seconomic stability and this time tested friendship will further growirrespective of the political parties at the helms of affairs.
To a question, Shah Mahmood Qureshi said opening of Kartarpur corridor is along standing desire of the Sikh community living in India.
He said endorsement by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his cabinetover Kartarpur corridor is a great diplomatic triumph for Pakistan.
