LAHORE – Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Saqib Nisar heard the caseregarding verification of the degrees of pilots and cabin crew of PakistanInternational Airlines at Lahore Registry of Supreme Court on Friday.

During the hearing, Civil Aviation Authority presented an initial reportaccording to which degrees of seven pilots have been found fake, while fivecabin crew members are found under matriculation.

The report also stated that fifty officers have been suspended afterproviding degrees for verification.

Meanwhile, hearing another case regarding the illegal allotment andoccupation of Railways lands, the Chief Justice ordered all High Courts andsub-ordinate courts to dispose of all Railways related cases within nexttwo months.

He said that leasing of railways land to Royal Palm Country Club in Lahorewas an illegal act and Auditor General of Pakistan will conduct theforensic audit of Club deal.
