LAHORE – Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has taken PunjabHealth Minister Yasmeen Rashid to task.
CJP reprimanded Punjab Health Minister Yasmin Rashid for violating thecourt orders.
During the hearing of a case regarding lack of ventilators in hospitals atLahore Registry, the CJP remarked: “I did not hope that Health MinisterYasmin Rashid will violate the court orders.”
He observed that the SC is resolving the issues pertaining to wateravailability and elevators in hospitals.
