ISLAMABAD – The Federal Cabinet has decided to place all one hundred andseventy two people mentioned in the JIT report regarding fake accounts andmoney laundering on Exit Control List.
The meeting presided over by the Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad onThursday expressed the resolve that accountability process will continuewithout any discrimination to purge the country of menace of corruption.
Briefing Media about the decisions taken by the cabinet meeting, theInformation Minister Ch.Fawad Hussain said that the cabinet took thisimportant initiative as some personalities involved in the fake accountsand money laundering case including PPP Co-Chairperson Asif Ali Zardariwere found saying that they are not taking JIT report seriously.
The Minister said that the cabinet has validated the government decision tohold provincial assembly elections in tribal districts in June 2019 tobring the tribal people in main stream and providing them all theirconstitutional rights promised by Prime Minister Imran Khan soon aftercoming to power.

Fawad Chaudhry said that cabinet also reviewed the overall law and ordersituation in Karachi especially in the context of latest target killingincidents.
