ISLAMABAD – Supreme Court dismisses a petition seeking disqualification ofZulfi Bukhari, Prime Minister’s special assistant on overseas Pakistanis inthe dual nationality case.
A three-member bench headed by chief justice Mian Saqib Nisar allowed ZulfiBukhari to continue his duties in the same capacity.
The court also heard dual national case of governor Punjab ChaudhryMuhammad Sarwar and Nuzhat Sadiq.
Meanwhile, PML-N leader kHawaja Saad Rafique who is in nab custody inparagon housing society case was produced before supreme court in railwayslosses case.
