*ISLAMABAD – Nawaz Sharif has been awarded 7 years jail and fine worth$2.5 million in Al Azizya Reference case by Accountability Court.*

The verdict will be announced at 2pm, according to PML-N leader BarristerZafarullah, who is also a member of Nawaz’s legal time. He said securityofficials have informed them of this. However, we cannot say anythingdirectly as we have not been allowed inside the court, he said.
Nawaz left for the accountability court at 1:50pm. He was accompanied byHamza Shehbaz, former Sindh governor Mohammad Zubair and Pervez Rasheed. Hewas at Abbas Afridi’s farmhouse in Chak Shahzad where he met his lawyersand party leaders.
