NEW DELHI – Ten Indian government agencies have been armed with sweepingpowers to intercept, monitor, tape and decrypt information from allpersonal data computers in the country.

The critics say the move aims to make India highly intrusive controllinggovernment.

Chief of Congress party, Rahul Gandhi has said this move showed that PrimeMinister Narendra Modi is an insecure dictator in the country.
