ISLAMABAD – The Higher Education Commission has announced Batch-IV ofOverseas Scholarships for the students of Baluchistan underAghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Balochistan Project (AHBP).
According to the official sources, as many as 200 Overseas Scholarships arebeing offered to the local residents of Balochistan, on district quotabasis, specifically designed to uplift of the province.
The potential candidates are offered to complete PhD in world top 500universities as per Times Higher Education Ranking or in thosetechnologically advanced universities/countries, with which HEC has signedDocument of Understanding.
