KARACHI – Yet another episode of suffocating the passengers has beenreported at Pakistan International Airline’s (PIA) flight on Saturday.

Passengers had complained that they faced suffocation when the nationalflag-carrier kept the doors shut on an Islamabad-bound flight that wasdelayed for over an hour.

Flight PK-300 which was going from Karachi to Islamabad shut its doorsafter the passengers had boarded. The take-off, however, was delayed owingto a technical glitch.

Upon asking to open the doors for the time being, the cabin crew refusedstraightforwardly. The passengers reiterated that faced difficulty whilebreathing.

One of the passengers claimed that when they tried to record the scenario, their cell phones were taken away by the cabin crew.

In another case, a video of a mother pleading the national airline’s crewto open doors of the plane as her baby had allegedly fallen unconscious dueto faulty air conditioning went viral on social media in August last year.
