ISLAMABAD – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government was committed to making allhealth centers functional without further delay in erstwhile mergeddistricts of FATA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.Senior official of Ministry of Health Khyber Pakhtunkhwa told APP that KPHealth Minister Hisham Inamullah during his recent visit pledged to providethe hospitals with state-of-the-art equipment.He said federal government has also decided to extend Sehat of Insafprogramme to FATA. He said that reconstruction and development of mergeddistricts of FATA is the top priority of the government.He said that government also announced the appointment of lady doctors anda gynecologist and the creation of new vacancies for female staff in thefemale ward of the hospital. Beside setting up of a trauma center, CT scan,dialysis and thalassemia centers at the main hospitals.He said that government was taking steps to undertake development work inthe erstwhile merged Districts of Federally Administered Tribal Areas(Fata) as per vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
