WASHINGTON – US Strategic Command new year tweet of dropping bomb has gonebad with the Nationals.
Strategic Command which oversees the country’s nuclear arsenal said it wasready if necessary to drop something “much, much bigger” than the NewYear’s Eve ball in New York and showing a clip of an aircraft releasingbombs.
“#TimesSquare tradition rings in the #NewYear by dropping the big ball…ifever needed, we are #ready to drop something much, much bigger,” the tweetsaid, hours before the midnight descent of the illuminated ball in NewYork’s Times Square marking the arrival of the new year.
