ISLAMABAD – Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has filed an appeal in theIslamabad High Court challenging the verdict of Accountability CourtIslamabad in the Al-Azizia Reference case.
In the appeal, he has pleaded for annulment of punishment on the groundsthat there were legal lacunas in the verdict.
A two-member division bench of Islamabad High court will hear the case.
