Nawaz Sharif shifted to VVIP Room in Services Hospital Lahore

LAHORE – Former premier Nawaz Sharif has been shifted to a VVIP room in theServices Hospital in Lahore.

Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar’s gave approval following therecommendation of the medical board.

Reportedly, a VVIP room has been prepared in the hospital wherethree-member medical board will examine his health condition.

In this regard, Punjab’s interior ministry issued directives to shift himfrom the Kot Lakhpat Jail to the hospital and he is expected to stay thereuntil his medical tests and examination is concluded.

Punjab Information and Culture Minister Fayyazul Hassan Chohan has sadithat Sharif will be sent bck to jail once his health becomes better.

“He is being provided best facilities in every way. Nawaz is also beengiven his favourite dishes in jail,” said the minister.

Chohan told that three medical boards have been formed for the checkup offormer premier.
