ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson Mohammad Faisal hasresponded over media reports of Dash terrorists presence in Pakistan.
FO on Thursday, in a weekly media briefing, categorically rejectedexistence of Islamic State (IS) militants in Pakistan.
Regarding certain speculations on the media after the Counter-TerrorismDepartment (CTD) officials’ earlier claim that they had conducted theoperation against “Daesh” or IS militants near Sahiwal, the FO said thatthe provincial government of Punjab could better inform on the matter.
