ISLAMABAD – Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed presented a chequeof Rs 60 million to Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar for the CJP-PMDiamer-Bhasha dam fund, months after he said that railway prices would bejacked up to help pay for the dam funds effort.
In a post on Twitter, Sheikh Rasheed posted a picture of himself presentinga cheque to the Chief Justice who retires on January 17.

Back in September, Pakistan Railways has decided to increase Rs.1, Rs.2 andRs.10 on ticket fare for Economy and Business Class respectively, on thedirectives of Sheikh Rasheed.
He said that the railway fares had been increased in order to play a vitalrole in dam fund contribution.
