KARACHI – Following the arrest of Sindh Assembly (SA) Speaker Agha SirajDurrani in corruption accusations, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairmanAsif Ali Zardari’s daughter Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari strongly reacted tothe ongoing inquires against PPP’s leaders in her Tweet on Wednesday.
She termed the situation as “humiliation” for democracy by stating thatearlier PPP’s chairman and Sindh chief minister’s name was placed on theno-fly list and now the speaker has been arrested.
“Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s name was placed on the Exit Control List (ECL)after his speech on December 27 and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), inits press conference, claimed to take over Sindh,” she said.
