BEIJING – China has canceled trade talks with UK after British DefenseSecretary Gavin Williamson threatened to deploy a warship in the Pacific.
The Sun newspaper reported that the trade talks between Chinese VicePremier Hu Chunhua and Britain’s Finance Minister Philip Hammond were dueto be held this weekend.
These were canceled by Chinese side in protest over Williamson’s speech onMonday.
