Punjab government holds emergency meeting over arrest of Aleem Khan

LAHORE – Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar and Chief Minister SardarUsman Buzdar chaired a meeting in Lahore on Wednesday during which thesituation arising from the arrest of senior minister Abdul Aleem Khan wasdiscussed in details.

During the meeting, Abdul Aleem Khan’s decision to resign from his ministrywas appreciated and his services for party were also hailed.

The meeting showed complete solidarity with senior minister.
