ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi while addressingthe issue regarding Aafia Siddiqui, said that there are pros and cons ofsocial media and there is a lot of fake news circulating on the socialmedia regarding her.
“We are doing our best to bring Aafia Siddiqui back home safely, butwhenever the talks have been made regarding her to the US, their laws havealways constrained us,” said Qureshi.
He also remarked that for her safety it is advisable for all to remainsilent over such sensitive issues on social media.
Foreign Minister also remarked that over 300 Pakistani reside in the NewZealand city of Christchurch.
