ISLAMABAD – Former President, Asif Ali Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpurhave challenged the decision of Banking Court in the Sindh High Courtregarding transfer the money laundering case to Islamabad.
Both the accused appeared before the Sindh High Court today and filed thepetition.
The Banking Court had announced its decision to shift the money launderingcase to Islamabad yesterday.
