ISLAMABAD – Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis andHuman Resource Development Sayed Zulfikar Bukhari has said the governmentis committed to raise Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution pensionamount up to minimum fifteen thousand rupees by 2023.
Talking to APP, he said it is imperative to utilize EOBI funds rationallyto handle the expenses to be incurred in five years.
Zulfikar Bukhari said a white paper is being issued to highlight thecorruption of the previous EOBI bosses, involved in malpractices andmisusing of their powers for vested interests.
