Indian defence minister indirectly admits India s diplomatic failure to pressurise or isolate Pakistan

NEW DELHI – Indian Defence Minister Niramala Sitharama recently admitsIndian government diplomatic failure to isolate Pakistan and diplomaticallypressurise Pakistan.

She said Modi travelled across World Capital to isolate Pakistan anddiplomatically pressurise Pakistan over issue of terrorism but desiredresults could not ve achieved.

She slammed Pakistan for its prolonged inaction against militants groups onits soil. She admitted that India went forward with the airstrike asPakistan failed to act despite having sufficient proof.

The defence minister said the attack on Pulwama was a direct reaction toprolonged inaction by Islamabad despite several warnings.
