NEW DELHI – The main Opposition party in India, Indian National Congresshas termed India’s participation in the OIC meeting at Abu Dhabi adiplomatic faux pas.
Addressing a news conference in New Delhi, the party’s spokesperson ManishTewari said that the OIC adopted a resolution that supported Pakistan onKashmir issue and labeled India a terrorist state and an occupier in Jammuand Kashmir.
In its resolution, the OIC condemned in the strongest terms the recent waveof Indian terrorism in occupied Kashmir and expressed deep concern over theatrocities and human rights violations in the valley.
