ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan Economy Watch (PEW) Sunday said the country’spolitical and military leadership had shattered the Indian dream ofregional domination through their brilliant moves.PEW President Dr Murtaza Mughal, in a statement, said the businesscommunity had a very important role to play amid Indian conspiracies todamage the economy.He said the Indian pilot was released as a goodwill gesture as a deal wasnot possible overnight. It had, although, had attracted global admirationbut it had not changed the negative attitude of the Indian government.He said Prime Minister Imran Khan had emerged as a great statesman.
The politicians should not use the issue of Indian pilot for pettypolitical gains, he added.Modi, he said, could not win the election with the help of Indian media andhe should stop dangerous moves which could damage his country and inflicthuge human losses.
“India cannot afford continued hostilities and a miscalculation willtransform it into an unlivable piece of land.”He criticized Trump administration for refraining from condemning theIndian airstrike.
