ISLAMABAD – Pakistan and Malaysia have agreed to further expand cooperationin defence and other defence equipment manufacturing sectors.
This was agreed during the 13th joint meeting of Pakistan and Malaysiaforum on defence, which held its three-day meeting in Kuala Lumpur.
Secretary Defence Lt. Gen (Retd) Ikram-ul-Haq led the Pakistani delegationwhile Secretary General for Malaysian Defence Haleemi Abdul Munaf led thedelegation of his country.
Two sides also discussed matters of mutual interest including securitysituation in the region.
Pakistani delegation also visited Boustead Heavy Industries and AEROindustries during the visit.
