The United States and the Taliban are holding a new round of talks in Qatar today, aimed at ending the Afghan conflict.
The US’ special envoy, Zalmay Khalilzad is leading the US team while Taliban’s negotiating team will be headed by Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai.
