ISLAMABAD – Supreme Court has issued a written verdict in breach ofconstitution case. Court has summoned General (Retired) Pervez Musharraf toappear on May 2 before the court.
The verdict comprises five pages. Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has drafted theverdict. The case was filed on December 12, 2013. Pervez Musharraf wasindicted on March 31, 2014 in the case.
Supreme Court directed the special court to continue trial if PervezMusharraf fails to appear.
