US dollar rate rises against Pakistani Rupee in the open market

ISLAMABAD: The exchange rate of Dollar remains unchanged in interbank andtraded at Rs141.39, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Thursday reported.

However, according to Forex Association of Pakistan the open market rateof Dollar closed at Rs143.

The SBP reported that in interbank the price of Euro decreased by 20 paisaafter which it was traded at Rs 158.82 against Rs 159.02 on last day.

The price of Japanese yen remains unchanged at Rs. 1.26, while the decreaseof 20 paisa was witnessed in exchange rate of British Pound which wastraded at Rs. 186.01 against 186.21 on last day.
