ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed to take immediateactions against illegal gas connection.
Presiding over a meeting regarding the prevention of gas losses inIslamabad on Wednesday, he also directed to take actions against personnelof gas companies who are facilitating in gas theft.
He said the current loss ratio and burden on general pubic are unacceptableand all possible measures should be taken to curb these losses. The PrimeMinister was briefed that gas companies are facing the loss of worth 19billion rupees in theft, 11.25 billion rupees in leakage and approximately14.50 billion rupees in other reasons.
