ISLAMABAD – National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) on Fridayproposed another National Action Plan (NAP).
The proposed plan stated that the definition of national security isindispensable.
The NACTA further proposed that a national youth policy should be devisedto save youngsters from extremism and terrorism, while the challenges ofpolitical instability and extremism should also be reviewed.
NACTA further advised that the issues of Poverty, religious extremism andintolerance in Punjab should be resolved, adding that the lack of educationfacilities to the people in South Punjab is the main reason behindpromotion of extremism.

“To address these issues, national anti-extremism program should belaunched,” NACTA added.
