QUETTA: Prime Minister Imran Khan will lay the foundation stone of GwadarInternational Airport, on Friday (today).
According to local news channel report, CM Balochistan Jam Kamal will beaccompanied with the prime minister and he told that will also perform thegroundbreaking ceremony of the western route of the China-Pakistan EconomicCorridor (CPEC).
Earlier this week, Lijian Zhao, deputy chief of missions at the ChineseEmbassy, said, “On the occasion of the groundbreaking (ceremony) of the newGwadar international airport and second Gwadar expo, we will show you adifferent Gwadar port.”

After completion, the Gwadar new airport will be Pakistan’s second largest.It will be capable of handling ATR 72, Airbus A-300 and Boeing B-747aircraft on domestic as well as international routes.
