KARACHI – The Sindh government has approved new uniforms for the SindhPolice.

According to a press release, only Sindh Police will provide the newuniforms to ensure that the fabric quality, color, and stitching remainsconsistent.
“Local suppliers and vendors will not be allowed to display the newuniforms at their outlets,” reads the press release.
In the first phase, the uniforms will be given to the five units of SindhPolice, i.e., Central Investigation Agency, Traffic Police, Anti-RiotReserve Platoons, Central Police Office, and Forensic Division Sindh.
For Traffic Police officers, the uniform will be a white shirt, navy bluepant, and navy blue p-cap. The Traffic Police personnel will get ahalf-sleeve white t-shirt, navy blue pants, and navy blue p-cap.
The officers will get a dark blue shirt, navy blue pant, and navy bluep-cap. Whereas, uniform for the Head Constables, Constables will be darkblue half-sleeve shirt while the pant and cap will be the same as otherpolice officers.
