ISLAMABAD – Commander of the UK Field Army, Lieutenant General PatrickSanders, called on Chief of Army Staff, General Qamar Javed Bajwa atNational Defence University in Islamabad today.
Issues related to regional security and matters of professional interestcame under discussion.
Earlier, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited National DefenceUniversity and addressed the participants of the 4th Pakistan-UKStabilization Conference.
While interacting with participants, General Bajwa focused on internal andexternal security situation of the country and his vision of an enduringpeace within Pakistan and the region.
The Army Chief highlighted prospects of Geo-political environment, securitychallenges and CPEC towards economic development of the region.
