KABUL – In Afghanistan, at least four people were killed and thirty oneothers wounded in a two bomb blast that targeted a ceremony in southerncity of Lashkargah on Saturday.

The spokesman for Ministry of Interior said the explosions were as a resultof two mines placed at the stadium where the ceremony in connection withFarmers Day was going on.

No group has claimed responsibility for the explosion so far.
