*PESHAWAR: Two police personnel among three people were injured in a blastnear a police vehicle in Dera Ismail Khan on Monday.*
According to the details, the police personnel were targeted in Parowatehsil area of DI Khan. Rescue officials shifted the injured to the nearbyhospitals.
DI Khan District Police Officer Saleem Riaz said that the bomb was plantedon a bicycle and added that the bomb went off when the police vehiclepassed by.
He said that two police officials including a sub-inspector and a passerbyreceived injuries.
The police officer said that the around eight kilogrammes of explosivematerial had been used in the IED that targeted the police vehicle.
