ISLAMABAD – Punjab Government has taken action against the bureaucrats whocommitted negligence in addressing complaints of citizens they submitted toPakistan Citizen Portal.
According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister Office, AssistantCommissioners of DG Khan, Gujrat and Toba Tek Singh have been removed fromtheir positions, besides 31 Assistant Commissioners have been issuedshow-cause notices while warning letters have been sent to another 20Assistant Commissioners.
Appreciation letters have also been given to 71 Assistant Commissioners foraddressing complaints of citizens.
