According to the details garnered, the federal cabinet could not decideabout the tax amnesty scheme on Tuesday and decided to form a subcommitteeunder Finance Minister Asad Umar to review the matters.
PM Imran Khan called a special meeting to review the objections of cabinetmembers on April17.
After the cabinet meeting, talking to the journalists, Information MinisterChaudhry Fawad said the cabinet decided to further discuss AssetDeclaration Scheme, and a meeting to this effect has been convened by theprime minister tomorrow.
