*LAHORE – A judge of Lahore High Court (LHC) Justice Farrukh Irfan hasresigned from his office on Tuesday.*
According to the reports, Justice Farrukh has sent his resignation forPresident Arif Alvi and he has also informed the Supreme Judicial Councilof his decision.
It is pertinent to mention here that Justice Farrukh Irfan is currentlyfacing a case against him at the Supreme Judicial Council. The SupremeJudicial Council was hearing a misconduct reference against Justice Farrukhafter his name surfaced in the Panama Papers list of individuals withoffshore companies.
