In worst act of state terrorism, Indian Forces martyr two more Kashmiris in fake encounters

SRINAGAR – In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of stateterrorism martyred two Kashmiri youth in Shopian district, on Saturday.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the troops martyred the youth, RahilRashid Sheikh and Bilal Ahmed during a cordon and search operation atPadguchi in Imam Sahib area of the district. The operation continued tilllast reports came in.

Meanwhile, the Chairman of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat, Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai, theHurriyat forum led by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, the Kashmir High Court BarAssociation and the Jammu and Kashmir Islami Tanzeem-e-Azadi in theirstatements strongly condemned the use of brute force against the detaineesat Central Jail, Srinagar. Several detainees lodged in the jail wereinjured due to the use of brute force against the protesting inmates onThursday evening.

On the other hand, India’s Taj Mahal echoed with slogans of ‘PakistanZindabad’ on the event of the annual Urs of Emperor Shahjahan.

In Brussels, the President of All Party Group on Kashmir in the EuropeanParliament, Julie Ward, and Vice President, Klaus Buchner, in a jointstatement, today, said that they were convinced that right toself-determination to the Kashmiris should no longer be denied.

They added that India’s infamous National Investigation Agency haspinpointed the Hurriyat leaders for fake cases simply because they advocatethe right to self-determination for the people of Kashmir.
