ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation has inducted one newoil tanker ship in its oil tanker fleet.
The new oil tanker named Khairpur ship, which has been bought from theUnited Kingdom, has arrived at the Karachi port oil terminal. The oiltanker ship has brought oil from the United Arab Emirates.
Speaking after the inspection of the vessel, Minister for Maritime AffairsAli Zaidi said addition of this oil tanker ship would provide relief in thefreight Pakistan had to pay for oil imports.
