ISLAMABAD – As ICC World Cup 2019 is on the verge, Pakistan legendaryall-rounder Shahid Afridi advised Pakistan team to play aggressive andpositive cricket at the big event.
Pakistan is getting familiar to the England’s atmosphere by playingfive-match ODI series against the host. Pakistan performed extraordinarilyin warm matches in England after losing the ODI series against Australia inUAE this year.
Talking to a private news channel, former captain Afridi expressed thatPakistan national team should play aggressively and positively with all theseriousness in the upcoming World Cup.
“My advice to the boys is to play positive and aggressive cricket. [The]players will have to play each game as if it is their last game,seriousness should be there in every game. I have no doubts that this teamcan be among top four teams of the World Cup if boys play according totheir potential,” Afridi said.
