Spokesman to Prime Minister Nadeem Afzal Chan says elections of the new local government system in Punjab would be conducted within one year to facilitate the common people at the grass-root.
Talking to a private news channel, he said the new local government system is imperative and important to provide basic facilities at city and village level.
The Spokesman said a positive change would soon be observed in the country’s institutions, economy and other sectors due to concrete and kinetic measures taken by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
