General (retd) DS Hooda, theorchestrator of the famous 2016 surgical strike, said several such strikeswere conducted during UPA regime too, DNA has reported.

Gen Singh’s riposte came a day after senior Congress leader Rajiv Shuklasaid that six surgical strikes were done during Prime Minister ManmohanSingh’s tenure but the government never publicised it.
