ANKARA – Turkey has dismissed United States threats of sanctions overbuying Russian missile.
In an interview with local TV Channel in Istanbul, Turkish Vice PresidentFuat Oktay said Turkey will respect the decision on the S-400 with Russiaand the first deliveries of the S-400 are scheduled for June or July.
He said Turkish and Russian officials are reviewing deployment of theirforces in the Syrian border region of Tel Rifaat.
He said Turkish military operations along the Syrian border will continueuntil all threats have been eliminated.
