LONDON – Maryam Nawaz Sharif was appointed the vice president of PakistanMuslim League Nawaz amongst others as party president Shehbaz Sharifgreen-signalled massive reshuffle in the party.

The reshuffle coincided with the dismissal of bail extension plea forwardedby former premier Nawaz Sharif; Shehbaz Sharif-led party issuednotification appointing former interior minister Ahsan Iqbal as theSecretary General of the party.

Former premier Shahid Khaqan Abbasi was appointed as the sole Senior VicePresident of the party; the party appointed 16 presidents including AbidSher Ali, Khawaja Saad Rafiq, Khurram Dastgir, Mian Javed Latif amongothers.
