KARACHI – Aeronautical Authorities of Pakistan and Qatar have discussed indetail air service matters between the two States with equal attention tojointly explore fresh avenues in the field of International Civil Aviation.
A spokesperson of Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority in a statementissued here Friday said the exchange between the two delegations led byAbdul Sattar Khokar (Senior Joint Secretary of Pakistan Aviation Division)and Mohammed Faleh Alhajri (Director of Air Transport Department of theQatar Civil Aviation Authority) also encompassed Pakistan’s NationalAviation Policy – 2019.
Pakistan and Qatar were said to had agreed to continue consultationsso as to not only work together closely and promote the aviation industriesof the two in close coordination.
The Pakistani delegation included Sheikh Noor Muhammad (AviationDivision), Air Commodore Nasir Raza Hamdani, Air Commodore Irfan Sabir,Syed Muzaffar Alam and Muhammad Suleman Ghouri from Civil AviationAuthority (CAA – Pakistan) along with Ali Tahir Qasim, Raheel Ahmed andMustafa Aleem representing national airline.
Officers of CAA – Qatar, Mohammed Faleh Alhajri, Hassan Al Tamimicoupled with representatives of Qatar Airways Fathi Atti, SalamAl Samarrie and Dr. Tanveer Ahmad were among the members of the guestdelegation.
