ISLAMABAD – Pakistan’s airspace of Pakistan was re-opened to Afghan flightsbetween Kabul and New Delhi more than months after Pakistan closed itsairspace following a dog-fight between the Indian and Pakistani air forceslate in February that ensued after the alleged bombing of Jaish-e-Mohammadsanctuaries by Indian air force.
The President Information Coordination Center confirmed late this eveningthat the airspace of Pakistan was re-opened to Afghan flights aftercontinuous efforts of the leadership of the government of national unity.
According to a brief statement posted on Twitter by PresidentialInformation Coordination Center, the fare of ticket between Kabul and Delhihas once again dropped to 160 US Dollars after the opening of the airspaceof Pakistan.
